Partsman

 

Job Description: A Parts Man must be responsible enough in coordinating accurately the availability of parts/accessories to the Sales Representative to establish a smooth flow with the operation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for ordering parts and accessories to the CPD  on time
• Ensure that all the parts are checked and binned as per the binning list and as per the KPI laid down.
• Job holder maintains the stock of consumable items like Brake cleaner, WD40 and issue to workshops as and when required.
• Ensure that service agreement to the branches is fulfilled on day to day basis.

 

Qualifications Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualification / Training              :               S.S.C

 

Job-Specific Skills:

Special Job Knowledge / Skills

Read, Write and Speak English. Must be computer literate.

Interpersonal Skills                        

Possess communication skills (personal & distant), dynamic by nature and well groomed / presentable personality with a positive attitude towards Customer Service, building good company image.

Minimum Experience:

2-5 yrs in a reputed automobile industry
