Service Coordinator

 

Job Description:

To review labour, parts and other components used in an repair order and split the items into appropriate accounts and raise a Performa, evaluate appropriate charging to customers and raise final invoice. Raise Local Purchase orders for all sublets and bought out items in the Service Centre and process for payments. Compile incentive and overtime summary for direct and non- direct productive

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Costing.

  • Evaluate the labour and parts line items in a service order and split into different jobs and allocate sub order.
  • Apply discounts in consultation with Service Manager  on labour and parts items on the service order
  • Apply parts issued on a service order to the appropriate labour jobs for proper accounting.
  • Local Purchase Order Administration
  • Raising purchase orders for sublets and bought outs related to service order
  • Carry out Good Receipts and Invoice Verifications
  • Follow up on open LPOs based on the reports and completion within stipulated time.

 

Incentive Compilation

  • Daily updating of attended and booked hours by direct productive on TESIS.
  • Periodic updating of additional selling incentives and overtime data for Non Direct Productive on TESIS.

WIP control

  • Ensure timely closing of orders by obtaining relevant approvals from NASD and warranty dept.
  • Monitor and control unreleased orders.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordination and ordering of stationery requirements of the location.
  • Attendance Recording.
  • Other Administrative support service to Service Manager
  • Ensure proper filing  of the service records
  • Washing & Cleaning Bay reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.

Minimum Experience:  2 to 3 years   overall experience in accounting – Out of which a minimum 2 years   in automotive industry, preferred.

Job-Specific Skills: Basic Technical knowledge, computer proficiency and accounting knowledge.

Behavioural Competencies : Honest and responsible, Ability to work under pressure, cultural sensitive and Team work.
