Job Description:

Create interesting and effective artworks for social ads (Facebook, Google, Twitter etc.), In-App messaging and product communication
Work closely with Content Creators and Motion Graphics Designers
Run A/B tests on designs and different art directions to ensure best results
Collaborate with marketing to develop ideas in order to meet our business goals
Turn innovative marketing and communication ideas into performance driven content
Create/design banners, landing pages, newsletters and online ads throughout all platforms and help our teams to test them
Use our corporate design as a tool to create vivid but consistent visuals
Search for the right pictures and rework them according to our design and communication needs
Plan and art direct photo/video shoots needed for performance content

Job Requirements:

Education:

You hold a degree in design and already gained at least 3 years experience in a digital product market

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

You have a creative mindset, are passionate about user oriented designs and can show this in your portfolio
You know your tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/Invision)
You are experienced in creating designs with a performance focus for online/digital platforms
You are a team player by heart and open to learning and growing together with your team
You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to deliver excellent results on time
You read, speak and write English fluent
