Job Description:

Develops and defines marketing strategy for the category in line with overall Adhesive Technologies and Construction SBU
Drives market share and sales growth for the category
Monitors operationalization for international category steering, strategy, positioning, strategic pricing, communication strategy and innovation strategy
Leads the innovation pipeline to secure sustainable brand growth
Maps out the marketing research strategies and develops plans to address deviations –
Decides on brand proposals, concepts and activities to accomplish the intended positioning
Defines and oversees the time availability of new products
Steers trademark protection
Represents region in governance body

Job Requirements:

Education:

Relevant Experience:

10+ years of work experience; ideally in international corporations with B2B and B2C experience
Experience in Building Chemicals industry would be a plus

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

People management experience
Ideally experience in business development, marketing or commercial excellence with well-developed analytical skills
Proven track record implementing transformative projects in complex multi-stakeholder environments
Strong ability to drive topics from strategic concept through project phase to implementation and continuous improvement mode
Strong digital affinity
Ability to comfortably interact with all levels in the organization and work across multiple cultures effectively
Self-motivating with an elevated level of passion and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
