Property Management Officer at Hill International – UAE

Job Description:

  • Coordination with Client respective departments and subsidiaries to understand specific business requirements for space utilization and future space needs.
  • Experience in budget preparation in real estate/property management companies.
  • Understanding of the leasing process from start to end.
  • Preparation of properties revenues and estimating the forecasted values.
  • Budget preparation, analyze data and estimate projected revenues.
  • Training different team members.
  • Renewal leasing contracts and negotiating rates.
  • Handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other government entities.
  • Strategic analysis and recommendations for short, mid and long term space solutions to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervising the property project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.

Job Requirements:

         Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management/ Relevant Degree.
  • Good Technical/ Engineering Knowledge.

    Relevant Experience:

  • 8 years of relevant experience.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:            

  • Financial Oriented in Properties, Revenues and Assets life cycle.
  • Excellent understanding of local market and knowledge of properties procedures as per Abu Dhabi laws.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial and residential leasing rates in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
