Property Management Officer at Hill International – UAE
Job Description:
- Coordination with Client respective departments and subsidiaries to understand specific business requirements for space utilization and future space needs.
- Experience in budget preparation in real estate/property management companies.
- Understanding of the leasing process from start to end.
- Preparation of properties revenues and estimating the forecasted values.
- Budget preparation, analyze data and estimate projected revenues.
- Training different team members.
- Renewal leasing contracts and negotiating rates.
- Handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other government entities.
- Strategic analysis and recommendations for short, mid and long term space solutions to ensure efficiency.
- Supervising the property project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management/ Relevant Degree.
- Good Technical/ Engineering Knowledge.
Relevant Experience:
- 8 years of relevant experience.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Financial Oriented in Properties, Revenues and Assets life cycle.
- Excellent understanding of local market and knowledge of properties procedures as per Abu Dhabi laws.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial and residential leasing rates in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
