Business Analyst - Toyota Head Office Al Futtaim - Dubai
Reports to: Senior Manager – Brand Content and Strategic Planning
Direct Reports: NA
Department: Marketing
Location: Dubai
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree with educational background in Finance or Accounting
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years work experience
Non-automotive is acceptable
Experience in budget controlling
SAP expertise is a must
Job-Specific Skills:
Computer skills (SAP, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
Analytic skills and detail oriented
Behavioural Competencies:
Ability to work long hours in a high pressure environment
A team player
Able to build strong relationships
2. JOB PURPOSE:
To provide support and coordination to the Marketing Team on:
• Administration
• Financial Reports and Budget Tracking
• Marketing Support Requests and Tracking
• Submit TMC claims every quarter, or as required. Coordinate payment, transfer and tracking of TMC support.
• Budget:
o Support in preparation and submission of Toyota Marketing Budget.
o Marketing Budget tracking
o Tracking all committed cost and managing the budget report
o PR/PO filer and approver in Ariba
o Monthly Campaign code reconciliation with the respective Marketing teams
o Handling of SAP requests (mainly PR & PO) for Marketing & Brand
o Tracking open POs and provision releases on a monthly basis
o Support in preparation of budget forecasts 3+9, 6+6 and 9+3.
• Reporting:
o Monthly Finance forecast every 19th of the month or earlier
o Monthly Finance Report (MFR) every 2nd Thursday of the month
