JOB PURPOSE:

To provide full support to all customers visiting Al Futtaim Motors. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes, not tasks

  • Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch. To guarantee a 100% Score in the performance indicators.
  • Establish the reason for a customer visit and direct to appropriate department ensuring the customer's needs have been met which in turn will guarantee a 100% score in performance indicators
  • Appointment
  • Walk-In
  • New retail/SME/Pre-Owned or Export
  • Responsible to ensure all customers with appointments are directed to the correct executive. The aim is to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to sales executive in turn making sure the customer receives a professional service.
  • Ensure all customers receive a warm send-off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customers feel acknowledged and to show that we care.

 

JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job

The role purpose is to ensure all Al Futtaim customers receive a First Class service when entering the branch. Ensuring the customer is guided to the relevant department and their needs are clearly identified and conveyed to the appropriate associate. Understanding the Customer Journey from Start to Finish.

 

The role holder interacts directly with:

 

  • All Visitors to branch.
  • Branch Manager.
  • Branch Sales Executives.
  • Branch Support Staff.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.

 

Minimum Experience:

 1-year customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

 Written and spoken English is a must
