This job is a member of the HR Shared Services Team within the People/HR Division. This position will be responsible for analyzing, auditing and developing applicable audit reports/ programs for employee data within the HR system of record to ensure data integrity and ensure mitigation of potential errors.

What you'll do

 

  • Maintain relational databases within various Data Governance tools

  • Manage data quality by analyzing root cause for issues identified and engage the right parties across the teams with recommended strategies for timely resolution

  • Implement policies, standards and governance practices to ensure data governance and quality

  • Assist with the roll out of a People data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture

  • Establish and maintain critical data element inventories, dictionaries and associated business rules, internal control requirements and lineage documentation

  • Establish, document, maintain, communicate and enforce an effective issue and change control process. 
    Maintain up-to date documentation in respect of key standards and policies

  • Develop key relationships with SME’s and data owners and drive discussions to standardize / rationalize attributes and metrics and assist with establishing clear ownership of data elements

  • Collaborate with reporting analysis and data strategy functions to represent needs of the domain, assess and identify impacts across multiple complex projects

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
  • 2 years’ work experience in HRIS systems (SAP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
  • 2 years’ work experience in relational database management
  • Moderate Data Governance application knowledge 

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
  • Prior work experience managing projects

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of Sabre and Oracle
  • Ability to audit and understand employee HR data
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
