What you'll do
  • Identifies business needs and translates into opportunities and appropriate offerings
  • Builds presentations for internal and external audiences communicating up to senior leadership
  • Develops new strategy, innovative marketing channels and tactics to drive customer acquisitions
  • Manages and executes campaigns from ideation to launch for assets in all channels by working closely with internal and external partners
  • Tracks and analyzes campaign data against key success metrics and prepares performance reports
  • Works to create A/B & multivariate tests as well as segmentation stragegies that optimize conversion rates
  • Develops strategies that clearly communicate teh value proposition of the sales program
  • Be nimble and willing to take on new and additional projects as team dynamics and work load 
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
  • Experience with marketing automation tools

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Sales, sales planning, revenue management, marketing and/or negotiations experience
  • Previous forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis and/or budgeting experience
  • SQL, Tableau experience
  • Knowledge of Watson (Acoustic) is a bonus

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to concisely present work
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to disseminate analytical data, build comprehensive presentations, and business cases for internal and external audiences
  • Strong skills in research, development, and communication of performance metrics, market trends, and sales concepts
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify solutions to problems
  • Understanding of how to utilize data and analytics to inform strategy in digitial channel a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cleary convey thoughts and opinions in a variety of forums including discussions with external partners and interactions with peers or leaders
