Job Description:
- TV Media planning & Buying for our 4 segments, Mass, Youth, High Value & Aspiring.
- Digital Media Planning & Buying.
- Supporting in Developing the annual media strategy for the overall brand and segments.
- Supporting in Negotiating the annual Media deals & commitments with TV Channels & digital hubs.
- Driving efficiencies and controlling inflation.
- Leading on Share of voice vs share of expenditure.
- Leading on SOV vs competition.
- Reaching 2nd best Quintile in the Media audit report results.
- Handling the media agency.
- Handling Media Budget.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Mass Communication, Marketing or Business Administration.
Relevant Experience:
- From 3-4 years of experience in Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer software.
- Understanding the market segmentation and different characteristic of each segment.
- Understanding of importance of brand equity.
- Initiative and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize, multitasks, and meets deadlines.
- Drive projects to completion.
- Ability to deal with agencies and suppliers.
- Takes initiatives, Creative, delivers on deadlines.
