- This job is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division.

Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role:
-
Attendance and compliance
-
Answer employee questions related to schedule/payroll and other time related questions

- Answer sick calls from Customer Care and Customer Operations employees
- Cover sick calls and requested overtime for operational groups and communicate coverage to management
- Prepare employee duty roster and operational documentation throughout the day
- Complete necessary paperwork, update spreadsheets and enter WorkBrain information
- Assist employees with WorkBrain, Payroll and other timesheet related questions
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalency

Previous office/clerical experience

Strong verbal communication skills, including extended periods on the telephone

Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification areas (SIDA)

Must be able to secure appropriate authority and/or US Customs Security badges if applicable
