About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive for Al Futtaim Lexus in Dubai. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist the Marketing Team on all PO and invoicing and reporting matters related to sales, pre-owned, aftersales and Intersect.
You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and marketing team in all admin related tasks. This includes raising marketing related POs and ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely manner. In addition, you will need to be organized and track all marketing spend regularly through the budget tracker. On top of this, you will support the marketing, sales and aftersales teams with generating reports covering: Sales Reports, Purchase Funnel Report and Lexus Leads/Enquiries Updates.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications or any related field. You will have minimum of 2 years work experience in reporting, invoicing and PO creation preferably within the automotive industry. Experience in Arriba system and Sap would be a definite advantage!
You will have excellent knowledge in MS Office, particularly in Excel & presentation. You should be having high attention to details and a good capacity to follow up and keep all records very clear for management decision. You should be able to communicate effectively to both upward and downward structure and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
