About the Role

We are currently looking for Talent and perforamnce Specialist to join our Group Talent Management and L&D team. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Leadership Manager, this will will focus championing Al-Futtaim group efforts to attract, train and keep the best employees and implementing programs for Talent and performance management.

He/She will be responsible for the diagnosis, solution, implementation and maintenance of Talent Reporting for the Group as well on the following:

  • Supporting the diagnoses of organizational group wide talent needs, identifying appropriate solutions and develops project plans, frameworks and governance to successfully implement strategic and sustainable solutions into Al-Futtaim Group.
  • Implementing talent & performance projects with the aim to strengthen and fully integrating current activities (e.g. Talent Review, Strategic Manpower Planning)
  • Supporting the head of talent & leadership in the governance and enhancement of talent processes and systems, reporting and analysis to drive usage and support internal talent supply and demand management.

Consultancy:

  • Design, develops, implements & assesses group wide talent and performance programs that drive significant culture change
  • Works with stakeholders to understand organisational goals and ensures Talent and performance projects address organisational wide gaps and have the desired impact and results
  • Researches and benchmarks against world class solutions to drive the people capability agenda
  • Provide support to key leaders in the creation of robust development plans that meet succession and retention needs

Project and Change Management

  • Manages multiple projects using best practice Project Management methodologies, systems and processes from initiation to closure
  • Manages projects within scope to budget, delivering projects on time and to expected quality
  • Plans for and manages risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies within projects escalating where appropriate to line manager and appropriate stakeholders
  • Uses suitable change management tools and practices to ensure target audiences for the change have the required buy in, communication/ training pre go live and resistance is kept to a minimum
  • Implements continuous improvement processes to ensure projects are sustainable and deliver to the expectations of organisational needs
  • Manages specifically all Group wide Talent program

ROI

  • Accountable for project results along with programme lead and project sponsor
  • Maintain systems for collating and reporting on project KPIs
  • Manage & Analyse the data and report to stakeholders relevant KPI
  • Ensure key stakeholders in the business have up to date reports

 

About the Requirements

Education:

    • Minimum a bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional qualification relating to business, consultancy
    • Project management qualification/certification
    • Change management qualification/certification
    • Coaching Qualification

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working in HR in large MNC/blue chip or top consulting firm
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Arabic would be a plus
  • Deep experience/knowledge of talent management, talent development, succession management, organisational effectiveness, performance management
  • IT/SAP-SuccessFactors experience
  • Project and change management experience
  • Data analysis, Reporting governance and creation experience
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders across a complex organisation
