Sinyar Management Trainee is a structured learning program created for high-potential graduates to prepare and develop them for the next generation of business leaders in Al-Futtaim.
Our focus is to support the career growth of graduates in-line with business needs with a program that equips our Future Leaders with the required skills and knowledge for a successful career in the company, supported by coaches to help each person reach their goal.
The Opportunity
- Full time, permanent job opportunity for UAE National graduates
- Program to start September 2019
- 18 months of structured learning specifically designed to develop and assess leadership capabilities
- Up to 3 job rotations within the same division to explore different areas of the same function
- Work with globally recognized brands – over 200 and counting!
