Job Description:

Help defining metrics/KPIs to focus on
Find ideas to improve KPIs
Continuously A/B test different ideas
Analyze and report the results of the tests
Get user feedback through surveys
Use machine learning and predictive analytics to model growth opportunities
Drive massive upticks in user acquisition, activation, Engagement, retention, and referrals
Work with cross-functional teams with product, engineering and marketing side by side to tackle growth
Build dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performances
Prepare reports on a regular basis
Scale and automate the growth process
Guide on targets and budgets

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

You have 1-3 years of work experience and have a degree from an accredited university. Preferably from Computer or other Engineering perspective (Optional)

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Analytics / Data driven approach: Clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
SQL (must have),
Tableau (nice to have)
Programming knowledge : preferably python
A/B testing and data analytics experience
Machine learning skills is a plus
Extremely curios to learn
Highly collaborative
Detail, Performance and results oriented
