Job Description:
• Engage with client PM and stakeholders to coordinate establishment of project environment, prepare the project plan and mobilize the resources.
• Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate. Measure and evaluate progress against the project and resolve issues and deviations if they arise. Conduct regularly scheduled project status meetings with client PM.
• Manage the technical team on the project and follow up on their onboarding and offboarding process as well as their time allocation and deliverable completion.
• Handle the billing of the project and maintain a proper financial position in terms of cost and GP.
• Assist in upselling at existing accounts and preparing change requests or new proposals for client. Also assist in business development for new clients if required.
• Assist in getting customer references for successfully completed projects and helping in publishing those as success stories and customer wins.
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in Software Development and Services Field.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
• Hands on experience with Project Management Tools
• Contract preparation and negotiation
• Agile Methodology
