Performance Marketing Specialist at Amazon – UAE

Job Description:

• Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels with appropriate content and bidding strategies for driving adoption and engagement of Souq/ Amazon
  · Establish regular reporting cadence to measure the effectiveness and provide actionable insights from the marketing campaigns to deliver target customers, revenue and efficiency targets
  · Demonstrate ability to work at a planning level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, planning projects, communicating with the Marketing Manager/ Head of Traffic/ Other Stakeholders
  · Document and Assist product improvements and feature requests to tech/ creatives to improve customer experience and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  · Collaborate closely with technical, business, and design teams within Souq/ Amazon to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects.
  · Coordinate with other international Souq/ Amazon marketing professionals to influence roadmaps, share and implement best practices and establish a unified vision in the performance marketing space.

Job Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree

Relevant Experience::

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce/ digital managing marketing or analytical domain

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  · Strong analytical skills; data driven decision making, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ analytic tools
  · Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen with great attention to detail
  · Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail.
