Job Description:
• In so doing, SSE must demonstrate a clear understanding of the clients business, organization and culture that will enable him/her to address the client needs in a way that is valued by the client and superior to the competition. SSE must be an extraordinary team leader, an astute business person, exhibit exceptional business insight, show executive/boardroom presence and outstanding judgment.
• This role will focus on devising and articulating a unique and compelling value proposition (which typically requiring multi service-line or cross brand integration), so that client decision-makers clearly grasp the short and long-term business and financial value of a relationship with IBM.
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Professional IT services and solutions sales with proven track record of leading and winning mega deals
• Experience in developing and executing a winning sales strategy and proven track record in applying innovative solutions to best support client business processes and objectives
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
• Long-term Services Sales experience (IT Infrastructure Solutions) with focus on large engagements
• Good communication skills with CxO and client management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Multinational corporate experience
