What you'll do
  • ​Sells primarily from headquarters (via phone or web)
  • Effectively executes value-based selling, account strategy and the AA sales process
  • Make outbound calls for all products across the SMB portfolio
  • Meet weekly outbound phone objectives and reveue goals
  • Promotes and sells a broad range of programs  important prospects across the United States
  • Analyzes customer needs through telephone sales calls, and meets those needs with either an existing or customer specific program
  • Coordinates and implements programs with appropriate staff departments
  • Prepares correspondence, proposals, and presentations to support sales activity
  • Research, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities in CRM
  • Source new sales opportuniteis through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
  • Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing activities and campaigns

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/training
  • Understanding and execution of value-based selling
  • Strong account strategy development and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Prior Inside Sales or Call Center sales preferred
  • Airline sales experience a plus

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to prepare and execute high quality sales calls
  • Ability to accurately diagnose known and unknown account business needs and translate needs into opportunities and appropriate offerings
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a large territory
  • Above average analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate to high level executives
  • Strong value based selling skills founded on business acumen and the ability to translate benefits into the customer’s business language to prove value
  • Strong negotiation skills that lead to mutually beneficial deals
  • Effective leveraging of value delivered to increase mutual value and account penetration
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
