Job Description:

  • Create the best-in-class employee experiences and continuously develop the Human Resource Department.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Human Resource services and identify opportunities for improvement and resolve problems.
  • Ownership and continuous development of the employee onboarding process.
  • Coach senior managers to build leadership capabilities as the advisor.
  • Work hand to hand with the Central People team and partner with executive managers and co BPs to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR, procedures, policies and processes for the 360-employee life cycle. Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resource policies and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
  • Lead the development of the department goals and objectives, providing leadership for the strategic planning.
  • Change management and help employees to accept the change.
  • Be an ambassador of the HR scene in the middle east.
  • Participate in executive, management and company staff meetings to support the company’s vision to achieve strategic goals.

Job Requirements:

         Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology from the top universities

 Relevant Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist in a corporate firm

 

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Operational and strategic experience
  • Presentation skills and a good communicator
  • A dynamic achiever, ready to get involved and take the department to a new level of excellency, to ensure a successful and amazing experience for the customers
  • Flexible to travel
  • Upbeat: you are a fast finisher, not only a starter and not process oriented rather result oriented
  • Experimental: you find the joy in documenting a process and realizing it won’t work so you start all over again
  • UpToDate: You are updated on the global HR trends and you are able to tackle this in your hiring and learning plans for the team
  • Organized: You own the world if you leave your car keys to find them in the same place every time
  • Influencer: You communicate with others, they listen, they process and then act on what you said
  • Future forward: You build today a team that can stand strong tomorrow
  • Agile: You can live, adapt and help others survive every change around you in the organization
