Job Description:

Bolster the integrity of a project’s release deliveries, from code to technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.
Leverage modern application and life cycle management tools and processes to manage system releases and maintain baselines and associated documents for system releases.
Manage the project’s Release Management Plan and coordinate with technical and management representatives for managing the deployment of releases to the customer environments.

Education:

Relevant Experience:

5+ years of experience developing, tracking, reporting and coordinating large scale release plans across multiple Agile delivery teams
Experience with developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using scheduling software products, including MS Project
Experience with delivery background driving IT modernization projects spanning the full SDLC and direct interaction with business and IT stakeholders
Experience with IT governance and compliance standards when developing Project Charters, ATOs, Deployment Plans, etc. in large federal agencies
Experience with working in a multi-vendor environment and/or geographically distributed team

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Ability to identity and communicate both technical and non-technical dependencies and establish a baseline Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for each release
Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe concepts with experience leading Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Program Increments (PIs), and reporting using Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, including Rational
Ability to obtain a security clearance

Knowledge of COTS-based solutions, including Salesforce, Pega, Microsoft CRM, or ServiceNow
