Job Description:

• Actively source new business to create an agency portfolio by researching, contacting and vetting agencies.
  · Build self-service processes and resources to drive agency development program at scale. Support the development of these agencies to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
  · Work closely with internal marketing and product teams on a holistic agency communication plan related to new feature launches and program changes. Partner with technology teams to drive automation and scale for agency engagement.
  · Manage a portfolio of up to 30 advertising agencies using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
  · Work with technical account management, sales, development, and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
  · Develop internal business analytics to track partner performance, identify new potential partners and support weekly and monthly business performance. Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and agency development targets.
  · Work within other product teams to upsell and create new opportunities across our broader advertising product sets

Job Requirements:

Education:

· BA/BS Required, MBA is a plus

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Proven work experience in display/search advertising.
  · Able communicate the search narrative and how it drives performance and ROI
  · Business Development or equivalent experience including sourcing new business
  · Understanding of agency landscape in UAE and the greater MENA market
  · Excellent presentation, organization and project management skills
  · MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  · Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  · Identify and implement optimal communication mechanisms based on the data set and the stakeholders involved
