Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • High level of attention to detail and results oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Result-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with experience in HR shared services organization and manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR processes and being able to solve and identify scalable solutions to problems.
  • Ability to perform work in English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Experience with Workday system a plus

Job Description:

  • Delivering high-quality service to customers in responding to queries, advising on policies and procedures as well as managing People (HR) processes.
  • Provide stakeholders with complete, accurate and timely answers according to Global and Local guidelines, within the frames of the People Team (HR) KPIs.
  • Manage internal People (HR) systems—and help implement new ones—to make sure the data and processes are as effective and accurate as possible.
  • Playing an active role in the implementation of People (HR) Projects, on Local and Regional fronts.
  • Support in the implementation of any core restructuring activities in the site that would impact ER (Employee Relations) agenda, to ensure smooth implementation of restructuring activities in-line with company standards and values as well as Local labor laws.
  • Create and manage employee files and records. Develop an Internal/ external network that is utilized for benchmarking.
  • Supporting the business across a range of People (HR) activities; including recruitment administration, on-boarding, relocation, leaves of absence and separations, employee data management in the HR system and being accountable for maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Manage relationships with our Labor law offices and benefit providers, conduct regular and ad hoc audits as necessary.
  • Responsible for compliance and enforcement of the Law on Personal Data Protection and ensure adherence to core People (HR) policies and processes in line with global and local compliance standards.
  • Lead the overall Change Management activities in relevant location to improve colleagues experience and to ensure key stakeholders’ business needs, requirements are fully utilized through our People (HR) digital transformation.
