Manager- Corporate Sales

 

Job Purpose:

As Manager – Corporate Sales to ensure the #1 position in the TAXI sales industry in UAE by providing necessary expertise/ leadership to the Corporate Sales team and using a proactive approach built on market and competitor intelligence.  Maintains a close relationship with decision makers from the major fleet clients and continuous interaction with the staff members to make them a winning team.

 

Direct reports: Corporate Key Account Managers

Total reports: 4

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maximize sales volumes
  • To retain the market leadership in the Industry
  • New business avenues
  • Liaison with financial institutions to ensure funding options that support CF sales are available as needed.
  • Payment Collections
  • Resolution of after sales issues
  • Safeguard the profit margins

 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  Graduate

Minimum Experience: 10 years experience of the automotive market with several years in a B2B environment and 2-3 years of people management experience.

Job-Specific Skills: Effective manager of a diverse team of sales and sales support staff.  Effective supporter of sales staff in key client meetings and equally comfortable in a 1 to 1 or 1 to many sales environments.  Well versed in handling fleet finance specific issues to support the sales teams as required. Operates in a structured way but with the ability to adapt to business tactical needs.  Clear communicator to colleagues and clients both verbally and in writing.

Behavioural Competencies:  Provides sincere and clear leadership and motivation to the sales team with effective follow-up and issue resolution as required.  Refined interpersonal skills that enable effective,

empathetic  relationships to be built with the decision makers of large fleet owners.  Culturally sensitive with both colleagues and clients.
