Taking on each day knowing we're part of something remarkable. **YOUR ROLE** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Effectively manage a group of Flight Attendants in the delivery of quality service -Drive operational excellence: leadership presence in the operation to support flight attendants with on time departures and turn timeline process compliance. - Own the Business: Implement clear and attainable actions to improve Inflight's contribution to the operation. - Foster a safe work environment both on and off the aircraft - Speak to Inflight's daily performance and actions for improvements in various settings. - Model the Service Framework in all interactions with flight attendants and customers - Provide ongoing mentoring/coaching to flight attendants in the following areas: job performance, attendance reliability, appearance standards, manual compliance, delays, on-the-job injuries, customer complaints, employee-to-employee conflict - Regularly and positively recognize Beyond Service experiences provided by flight attendants - Be a liaison to other departments when specific flight attendant information is requested - Participate in flight attendant interviews and hiring processes - Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATONS - High school diploma or equivalent required - Authorization to work in the U.S. and enter/exit Canada & Mexico required - Minimum age of 21 required - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions - 2 years of customer service experience required - Previous airline experience preferred - Flight Attendant training and one year inflight experience highly preferred - Previous management and/or supervisory experience highly preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to direct the work of others in a positive way - Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to listen and respond effectively - Ability to meet minimum requirements for Flight Attendant position - Ability to provide top quality internal and external customer service - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including am/pm hours, weekends and holidays - Regular and predictable attendance - Ability to present a passport or state issued birth certificate - Successful completion of or scheduled for next available Horizon Air New Leader Orientation - Valid Flight FAA Flight Attendant Certification or successful completion of next available Horizon Air Flight Attendant Ground school course **START YOUR NEW JOURNEY NOW** Submit your application by 09/27/2020 11:59pm (Pacific Time).
