Every day, we go beyond what's expected and reach for the remarkable, together. **YOUR ROLE** Role Summary The Lounge Product Manager is a subject matter expert in the lounge product at Alaska Airlines. As an individual contributor, this role exercises considerable judgment to make decisions in lounge revenue strategy, membership cultivation, capital projects, partnership development, and product experience, and provides recommendations to address the near-term and long-term growth of the lounge program. Key Duties - Acts as a subject matter expert in the lounge product. - With minimal direction from leadership, exercises considerable judgment to make decisions in P&L oversight, revenue strategy, membership cultivation, capital projects, partnership development, and lounge product. - Makes recommendations to advance revenue through developing product offerings, sales channels, and marketing strategies. - Grows and engages membership base for lounge portfolio through regular communications, activations and surveys, and develops innovative partnerships to drive non-member volume. - Manages design and construction of new and existing lounges to align with brand objectives, guest needs, and budgets in partnership with architects, general contractors, and Airport Real Estate. - Develops, implements and grows complimentary and retail food and beverage programs through creative partnerships, featuring local products and innovative amenities. - Oversees lounge technology used for checking guests in, processing purchases, and managing memberships. - Sources and negotiates partnerships to broaden network. - Supports the growth of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air's network of airline partners, including relationship management and development. - Partners closely with the Director Lounge Program and Lounge Managers to ensure initiatives incorporate operational insight and are effectively implemented. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required - 4 years of experience in product or loyalty marketing, marketing/business strategy, or related area. - Bachelor's degree with a focus in marketing, business administration, project management or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree. - Exceptional analytical background with demonstratable modeling experience. - Knowledge of membership-based organizations and airline partnerships. - Strong communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening), with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to senior leaders. - Detail oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently. - Sense of urgency to complete assignments quickly and thoroughly. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum age of 18. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred - 3 years of analytical experience. - Professional services experience. - Excel, Alteryx, Tableau experience.
