Every day, we go beyond what's expected and reach for the remarkable, together. **YOUR ROLE** Role Summary The Principal Compensation Consultant role brings together extensive compensation subject matter expertise and understanding of the business to provide guidance and recommendations to HR business partners, recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role, reliant on building successful relationships with HR business partners, recruiters, and other members of the People Team. The scope of this role typically includes program leadership in multiple compensation areas and including US and international broad-based compensation programs, cash compensation and incentive plans, executive compensation, stock awards and program administration and proxy/compensation discussion and analysis. Key Duties - Acts as a compensation subject matter expert with a focus on broad based compensation, incentive plan analysis and communication, international compensation, executive compensation, stock awards and administration, executive compensation external reporting and will lead complex compensation related projects and initiatives. - Develop the strategy and approach for large, complex projects or initiatives by exercising independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. - Responsible for researching & recommending fair, competitive, and performance driven incentive compensation plans and developing companywide communication plans to infuse the value of the plans into the culture of our company. - Lead the efforts in the design and delivery of compensation programs, policies, and processes to ensure overall competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. - Develop processes to support organizational change and development by partnering with line of business managers and HRBPs to create and apply consistent, transparent job structures and families. - Responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and classification of new and existing positions, utilizing external/internal market data to help make appropriate recommendations as required. - Work closely with HR business partners to provide guidance on all compensation matters with an understanding of how they impact other rewards, HR programs or policies. - Develops communication materials and supporting analysis for presentations to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and senior executives. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required - Minimum of 7 years' general compensation experience; with some experience in incentive plan design and international compensation - Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of training or work experience in an analytical position (i.e. HR compensation professional, financial analyst, etc.). - Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Team-player who can work in a collaborative environment, cross-functionally, and globally. - Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving skills. - Ability to plan, organize and effectively manage multiple assignment with a proven ability for flexibility. - Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables) and proficiency with Word and Power Point applications.
