- This role is a member of the People Team
- The Coordinator, Human Resources performs a wide variety of duties to support the Team Member Experience, People Analytics and/or People Business Partner team members
- Support People Team initiatives. For example, onboarding new People team members ensuring they have everything needed for a successful start
- Use technology ( e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Smart Sheet) to develop new and improve existing administrative processes
- Answer telephone and email inquiries
- Schedule meetings, coordinate participation, and arrange for meeting space
- Compile and prepare presentations and take accurate meeting notes
- Perform Timekeeper duties
- Coordinate supply purchases for the team
- Prepare expense reports
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint),
- Independent judgement and decision making skills
- Exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in carrying out duties
- Perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team
- Successfully manage multiple task/projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and organizational skills, along with capacity for attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Current or previous Human Resources experience
- Experience with SharePoint, Smart Sheet, Success Factors , Adobe Acrobat and WorkBrain
