About You

You have the willingness and passion in transforming IKEA to be the world’s leading multichannel home furnishing retailer. You lead and act the IKEA culture and values. What's more, we believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:

  • Live and share the IKEA values every day
  • Digital, online, ecommerce and/or IT experience
  • Able to research and identify ways to acquire new customers & increase online conversion – consumer behavior, explore market trends, PPC campaign etc.
  • Good experience with the latest digital tools used to measure and analyze the Web & Ecommerce performance and dashboard creation (power BI or tableau etc.)  
  • Plan and manage PPC campaign and personalized remarketing campaigns on digital platform
  • Able to track and manage all digital and marketing budget efficiently  
  • Understanding of Internet technologies to be able to create business value

  • Knowledge of digital intelligence tools (e.g. survey solutions and in-page analytics)

  • Good knowledge of general media steering tools

  • Analytic and/or mathematical education

  • Strong relationship and networking skills

  • Process and organizational thinking

  • Experience in stakeholder and change management

  • Good written & spoken English

 

About the Role

You analyse & measure the performance of digital initiatives by defining, developing and delivering reporting and analysis that enables strategic and tactical business decision-making.

 

Key Specific Accountabilities:

  • Analyse sales, conversion rate and profitability and all insights connected to visitors and customers behaviours on digital channels

  • Identify operational opportunities and make recommendations to improve digital channels effectiveness based on data insights in order to support sales, profitability and rates

  • Integrating data with other channels to allow comprehensive business insight across multiple channels and media

  • Ensure that campaigns are tracked in line with best practice

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to be used in the daily business

  • Follow up on overall performance, implemented recommendations and report approach
