This focuses on developing key learning skills and the foundations for accessing the Primary Curriculum.  In primary, students receive an enriching and broad curriculum offer, which includes the delivery of several non-core subjects. We are currently hiring an experienced Exams Officer for Deira International School, Festival City, Dubai. This is an immediate appointment.

 

 

The Posts:  Exams Officer

Examinations Officers are key to the smooth running of academic life. Successful candidates may not have a teaching background, but have worked effectively in a environment with clear processes, regulations and systems. This may include banking, the law, medical records or education.

 

DIS is looking to appoint a highly organized Examinations Officer to manage all aspects of internal and external examinations in school. This includes working closely with Heads of Department, teachers and Examination Boards for IGCSE and IB examinations.

The role will include entering candidates for examinations, ensuring the smooth running of exams, returning scripts to Examination Boards, issuing results and supporting any appeals processes on behalf of candidates or the school.

 

The successful applicant will be required to have the following:

• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Be educated to degree level
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Have a successful track record in similar process driven environment
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Be already located in the UAE
