What you'll do

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">First line of support to the entire Coupa community (~10k users) for any order related issues
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Troubleshoot and effectively communicate solutions to resolve Coupa user issues
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Know when to escalate to appropriate admins or management levels
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Create training material as needed and provide training to Coupa users
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Generate reports, manage dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis as required
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​High School, GED equivalency or equivalent training/experience
  • Typing skill of 35 to 50 WPM

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree
  • PowerPoint and Access knowledge
  • System knowledge and experience - IMS, AAPICS, IATA Invoiceworks, Sabre (RES, DECS, AMS, SAP)
  • Previous on-the-job office/clerical experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a cross-functional team environment
  • Proven record of handling multiple projects simultaneously; ability to keep track of various project details, prioritize and coordinate schedules with the team to meet the deadlines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Takes initiative
  • Flexible
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to learn new software applications and apply new learning
  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
