Forklift Technicians (x3) | Toyota Material Handling Equipment | Dubai

 

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Forklift Technicians with excellent technical and electrical skills to become part of Toyota Material handling Equipment After-Sales team based in Dubai.

 

The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):

• Repairing and servicing forklifts according to manufacturer standards and within the flat rate time
• Ensuring assigned service jobs are executed in line with established work procedures, time standards and housekeeping standards, so that the overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded
• Ensuring customer's forklifts are consistently fixed right the first time
• Making efficient use of existing facilities equipment and other workshop resources to ensure increase customer satisfaction and reduce comeback jobs
• Supporting the workshop to maintain a positive image and ensure more repeat referrals and business output
• Performing quality control checks on the entire forklift serviced
• Adhering strictly to technical specifications as laid down by manufacturer, or as instructed by management

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role must have the following skills and experience:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Forklift Technician
• Familiar with appropriate workshop equipment and tool and capable of working with them
• Has the ability to follow manufactures’ s manuals
• UAE Driving License is a must as you will be providing general maintenance support to our sites
• Must have the ability to understand English as the medium of communication
