What you'll do

  • Develops the marketing execution plan for AA Vacation direct consumer channel to drive conversions through email and aavacations.com site optimization, and creates marketing collateral for AA Vacations B2C promotions
  • Assists with the development and coordination of marketing assets including AAVacations.com, AA.com and emails
  • Collaborates cross-departmentally to deploy direct channel promotions, email and media campaigns. 
  • Utilizes web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and site experience analytics tools (e.g., Tealeaf, etc.) to identify customer pain points and quantify business impact to guide prioritization
  • Conducts competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify partnership opportunities and communicate solutions
  • Leads partnership launches by developing execution plans, integrated timelines, deliverables, and objective goals
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Corporate Communications in generating communication and awareness of new partnerships and services through internal and external channels
  • Creates awareness and educates stakeholders to ensure internal readiness for new partnership launches
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field; or equivalent experience/training
  • 2 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience creating marketing plans, collateral material and campaign performance reporting
  • Experience managing and developing strategic partnerships
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience creating presentations for senior leadership
  • Experience working with Legal to develop contracts and general understanding of legal terms

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Excellent planning and project management skills with ability to advance and track a diversity of tasks concurrently
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills in combination with the ability to think and frame solutions strategically and creatively
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to make connections across functional areas and understand dependencies and implications
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, i.e.)
  • Proficient developing dashboards in Tableau.
