  • ​Responsible for driving economic analysis and developing models to support better decisions across the business.

What you'll do

  • Identifies, scopes and manages strategic projects end-to-end; maintains responsibility for deliverables and timelines, shifting priorities as needed; manages stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of company, industry, competition, and broader market dynamics that frame the business context both present and with a view to the future
  • Develops trust and maintains a positive relationship with internal customer groups in Commercial, Customer Experience, Tech Ops, IT and other areas
  • Collaborate within the team to develop and refine analytical framework for analyzing M&A opportunities
  • Partner with and drive cross-functional teams in all phases of M&A execution including diligence, business case creation, financial modeling, and integration
  • Provides ad hoc support to various Commercial and Finance groups, often working as an internal consultant
  • Assists in development of presentation materials for Board of Director meetings

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
     

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master of Business Administration or other relevant Master’s degree
  • Functional experience in strategic planning, management consulting, investment banking, finance, mergers & acquisitions, or venture capital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing board and executive level strategic, operational and financial presentations
  • Driven, results oriented mindset with a history of perseverance and passion for achieving goals
  • Strong work ethic with experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment in a structured and organized manner
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a variety of demanding situations
  • Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues using an analytical framework, and develop creative solutions to business challenges
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, with financial modeling and analysis experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SQL and Access skills
