Service Coordinator (x2) |Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram | Dubai
About the Position:
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to be part of our Aftersales team. The role acts as the focal point to continuously promote the improvement of Customer Service in Trading Enterprises. As a Service Coordinator you will ensure that the customer experience is a positive one and the job holder is empowered to make appropriate customer focused decisions where problems have occurred so that we create customers for life.
Specifically your key responsivities are as follows:
- Review the labour and parts items used in an order and split the items into cash / credit / warranty / SMC / Intra sub orders and raise performance, evaluate appropriate charging to customers and raise final invoices(except cash).
- Raise Purchase requisition and Local Purchase Order (LPO) for all sublet / bought out items issued in an order and processing of these LPO’s for payment.
- Carry out all goods issue, goods receipt & invoice verification transactions submit reports to manager for onward submission to finance for vendor payments.
- Compile incentive and overtime summary for direct and non- direct productive on monthly basis and feed data of productive hours on Incentive Software.
- Maintains the stock of stationery items like pre-printed stationery of orders, invoices, pre-diagnostic sheets, Vehicle receiving forms, warranty tags required for day to day workshop operations.
- Prepares the attendance sheet every month for onward submission and review by HRD when required. This would assist in reconciling the attendance recorded through time card with SAP.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications, knowledge and skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate / ITI / Diploma in any discipline
Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years overall experience in accounting – Out of which a minimum 2 years in automotive industry, preferred.
Field of Specialization: Basic Accounting and Technical knowledge
Job-Specific Skills: Planning, computational, analytical, methodical, communication, interpersonal and ability to work under pressure.
Computer Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of any dealer based management system and MS Office applications. SAP hand on experience is an advantage!
Behavioural Competencies:

- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Working together to achieve business objectives and meeting deadlines.
- Detail orientated, computer literate; MS office applications especially Excel and Word.
