JOB PURPOSE

To build relationships and creating customers for life by achieving sales targets while retaining gross margins on units (New & LPO). Maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on CSV & NPS throughout the customer journey.

 

KEY  ACCOUNTABILITIES

Specify the output required for the job.  Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes, not tasks

 

  • Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured “one offer” journey.
  • Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
  • Achieve monthly F&I product sales targets.
  • Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing revenue.
  • Promotes Omotenashi to ensure the customer experience is as per Brand standard.
  • Maintaining CSV/NPS and M/S score as per acceptable Performance.
  • Achieve the set Trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) Accessories sales targets.
  • Manage leads to an increase in sales revenue (Tel/Web/Walk-in inquiries conversion as per Set KPI).
  • Inquiry/Lead management- ensure capture of customer data (test drive, Emirates ID, email address, etc) to enable efficiency and accuracy in the Connect Dashboard for adequate referencing and follow up.
  • Achieve personal and professional growth by attending and actively engaging in
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings;
    •  Mandatory and recommended training to stay up-to-date with systems and product knowledge
    •  Staying up-to-date with current brand campaigns and competitor campaign activities
    •  Enhancing financial knowledge on available customer buying options.

 

JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job

 

The role acts to meet Branch Sales and F&I targets while simultaneously providing every customer with a one-stop offer for an easy and convenient customer-friendly sales process.

The role holder Interacts directly with:

  • Branch Sales Manager/Showroom Manager,  Sales Consultant, and  Support Staff.
  • People working within the automotive Retail & SME industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets.
  • Flexibility in Movement to other Emirates and Sales Channel as per Business Requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
Written and spoken English is a must; Arabic is preferable
Minimum Experience:
2 years of sales experience Automotive background desirable
Job-Related Skills and Competencies:
Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices

Ability to develop and execute action plans Excellent planning and scheduling
Ability to multitask
Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel Digitally savvy – Comfortable with Data accuracy (attention to detail)
