• The eLearning developer provides technical expertise, solid front-end coding skills and innovative thinking to ensure world-class learning experiences for our team members.  This role is part of the Learning Solutions team and is responsible for designing and developing digital applications and tools in support of a variety of training and talent development programs
   

What you'll do

• Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance and/or modify existing course designs and storyboards
• Create custom code and interface elements
• Use technology and multimedia appropriately to enhance training
• Provide technology support for deployed training programs as needed 
• Consult with internal customers regarding design, development, and revision of their training products
• Ensure projects proceed in a timely manner and deadlines are met, utilizing project management tools and maintaining open communication with stakeholders and team members
• Maintain currency with evolving development technologies, industry trends and research

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  •    2 years of experience with UX/UI development and design 
  •    2 years of experience with front-end development tools/frameworks, including: HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap, AJAX, Mobile standards

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Experience working with rapid content development tool(s) such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and/or Vyond
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (SumTotal)
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Use course editor software to create multimedia training materials in SCORM format 
• Knowledge of airline operations

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Acute attention to detail
• Efficiency in multi-tasking, a high degree of organization, and ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
