- Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, lead analytical projects and create a reporting suite for the group sales team.
What you'll do

- Interacts periodically with Account Managers and customers to understand competitive landscape, identifies opportunities and effects change
- Develops new reporting tools using Cognos, Tableau, Teradata SQL assistant and other internal airline databases to track performance
- Collaborates with B2B Marketing, Corporate Communications, Revenue Management and Reservations to develop and align on Group Strategy
- Creates and delivers training to corporate and agency account managers on Groups products
- Interfaces with IT and other external partners to successfully implement the rollout of the Groups booking tool
- Works on quantitative and qualitative analysis for projects, development of recommendations, as well as written and/or oral presentations of those recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborates with management to identify and clarify management objectives, and to identify, implement, and evaluate revenue growth programs

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Global Sales and Revenue Management data
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Decisive and self-motivated with data analysis abilities
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills is essential
- An aptitude for simple and clear communication
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Capacity to execute multiple projects concurrently and be comfortable with a changing environment
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
