This job is a member of the Executive Compensation team within the People/HR Division.
Responsible for Executive Compensation reporting and tracking, including all CARES Act-related deliverables. Crucially, the role requires skill and experience with automation and data transformation.
What you'll do

- Responsible for all executive compensation reporting and tracking for CARES Act compliance, including the quarterly reports due to the Dept of Treasury
- Develops framework to track compensation on a rolling 12-month basis and to track benefit levels
- Review compensation results monthly and communicates status updates related to CARES Act compliance
- Requires significant partnership with Payroll, Corporate Accounting, Regional carriers, Protiviti, Benefits, and others
- Acts as a technical resource to manage large data sets and reporting with complete accuracy
- Provides analyses to leaders on an ad-hoc basis
- Performs system testing relating to compensation
- Constructs program to calculate complex variable compensation plans
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
- 4 years’ experience in technical reporting, or audit role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel
- 4 years’ experience with SQL and one or more programming/scripting languages
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience in working with HR or Payroll data
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
- High level of professionalism, discretion and objectivity
- Ability to apply appropriate judgment and discretion to ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide strong customer service
- Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment
