This role reports into the Director of Global Talent while partnering and collaborating with business leaders, People Business Partners, Leadership Development, Global Engagement, and other functions.
What you'll do

- Leads a team of specialists focused on providing support to leaders across the organization for a broad range of talent programs, including succession planning, talent reviews, performance management and company goals
- Creates a strategy, approach and programs to actively build talent pipelines and provide strategic consultation to leaders on diversity, top talent, and creating a framework for team members to maximize their performance and potential
- Responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment efforts by building timely programs that support the people development needs of the organization.
- Participates in projects of varying scope, including our approach to rotations, assessments, and include creation of a multi-year diversity recruitment plan, partnering with functional leaders to engage diverse talent across all functions, levels and locations.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally within a Business or HR concentration, or equivalent experience
- 5 years experience in Talent management in large, complex global organizations
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience in designing and implementing world-class talent strategies and strategic plans
- Proven results in attracting the very top talent in specialized fields
- Exposure and understanding of enterprise wide strategic workforce planning activities
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, forward-thinking, creative, and able to challenge assumptions while providing a high-quality work product
- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, able to embrace change
