What you'll do

Provides general support to our manager and team members, assisting in a daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

Answer direct phone calls

Organize and schedule appointments. Plan meetings and take detailed notes

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
-
Prepare presentation.

Develop and maintain a filing system for the station
-
Order office supplies and research new deals and vendors.

Maintain contact lists updated
-
Submit and reconcile expense reports
-
Provide General support to visitors.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients as well as vendors.

Liaise with senior leaders and other station’s administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from managers.

Support leaders throughout the organization to maintain effective communication channels.

Handle passengers complaints and gather all facts of the cases such as past date PNR , ticketing, baggage and/or any relevant information to respond our customers in a timely and manner way

Handle SERNAC complaints according to Chilean customer protection law.

Review and update Manuals such as Emergency manual, DGAC, Nuevo Pudahuel.

Arranging travel and hotel accommodations

Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Organize meetings and town halls.

Review and update local contracts and invoices.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)..
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven above average interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and effectively multitask to meet the demands of the position.
- Demonstrate leadership, analytical and resolution skills, initiative and good judgment.
