About the Role

Data networking / WiFi / Network security / Server Storage / Virtualization engineer to achieve prompt maintenance services and completion of projects within the planned time and cost. This position operates within the context of Data networking, WiFi and network security. The Cisco / HP/ Alcatel – Lucent trained and certified engineer will work within team of engineers to Analyse, Design, Build, test and deploy the networking solution. Job seeker must have excellent hands on practice to work with team efficiently. The job holder wil coordinate with customers and managed services manager to design service delivery through NOC and field services, implement the solution as specified and do after sales support maintenance as per SLA signed with customers.

 

Key accountabilities

• Plan, configure and oversee the implementation of the data network infrastructure in co-ordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure implementation meets design parameters.
• Lead the project to deliver Data networking and WiFi solutions at customer site
• Ensure the committed time lines are met for the projects at customer sites within the agreed scope, cost and quality.
• Ensure all project deliverables are tracked and communicated as per stakeholders requirements
• Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise level network hardware and applications.
• Providing post-sales support to customers.
• roubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner for complex multi-vendor network
• Provide support for project implementation & documentation.
• Training to customers on system usage.
• Prioritizing workload to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime.

About the Requirements

 

Education:

Graduate engineer in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ computer science

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in implementation of data networking / WiFi / Network security

Technical Skills:

• Various certifications in data and WiFi from Cisco / HP / Alcatel – Lucent
• Expert level of certification and working experience on
  • Cisco Routing & Switching
  • Cisco Security
  • Cisco Wi-Fi
  • Cisco IP Telephony
  • Cisco ACI/Datacenter
  • Cisco Hyperflix
  • Alcatel Lucent Networking
  • Fortinet Firewalls
• Must have full network lifecycle experience including gathering requirements, design, test, documentation, configuration and maintenance.
• Excellent problem analytical skills and problem simulation
• Additional experience in Server storage will get preference
