- Responsible for a full range of strategic and analytical projects designed to drive incremental revenue and overall business development of the AAdvantage Co-Brand Card Program.
What you'll do
- Utilize various tools and tactics, such as CRM, data mining and financial modeling, to identify transactional trends and opportunities against key performance metrics that facilitate market share and revenue growth
- Analyze and research industry and market trends to identify opportunities towards increasing market share and revenue growth and also improve customer experience.
- Develop sound business cases in support of strategic initiatives, while also influencing key stakeholders for decision making and prioritization
- Lead data centric projects with partners and internal teams to create incremental value through enhanced value proposition and improved experience for our customers
- Create, analyze and execute complex contract negotiations and proposal economics to enrich value proposition and conduct effective negotiations
- Own the end-to-end process to maintain and publish the customer performance dashboard. Leverage Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence tools (SQL, Cognos, Tableau) to regularly examine customer behavior and identify opportunities to increase new customer acquisition and engagement.
- Lead efforts to increase adoption of network partner’s analytical platform to enhance sales lift and promotions related initiatives and help drive business growth through joint analytical exercises with the partner.
- Develop periodic reports outlining key business performance indicators, analyze contractual reports received from partners to evaluate the health of the business and present to senior management.
- Create reports and presentations that help the senior management in securing internal buy-ins from key stakeholders and in negotiations with our partners.

- Initiative to identify projects or areas of interest beyond those that are specifically assigned
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, work well with minimal supervision, and manage a large number of projects simultaneously from conception through completion
- Ability to negotiate and persuade others to gain buy-in from various partners
- Proficiency in Excel
- Some travel required
- SQL experience
- Prior experience in airline commercial organizations
