What you'll do

  • Monitor and triage shared inbox and request tracker to coordinate with team
  • Create and send departmental emails for system changes and information alerts
  • Coordinate project meetings
  • Schedule, coordinate and perform training and feedback sessions for system enhancements and changes
  • Processing department invoices
  • Timekeeping and tracking
  • Update project roadmaps
  • Intra-departmental team support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Audit and reconcile reports
  • Assists with the use of applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)
  • Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Partners to manage requisition assignments and workflows
  • Follows up with managers when needed for prompt and efficient interview scheduling
  • Coordinates and assists with candidate travel accommodations and reimbursements
  • Works with Talent Acquisition team members to create reports and track statistics to ensure excellence in recruiting practices
  • Provides a high level of customer service; ensuring a positive experience
  • May be assigned internal projects within internal teams as appropriate
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • One year experience in Recruiting or HR

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Knowledge in recruiting and/or HR
  • Knowledge and experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite experience; PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work well under pressure and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to multi task, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadline
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work with partners in different locations
  • Ability to remain professional with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills customer focused
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgement under pressure
  • Knowledge in time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignments
  • Ability to have great attention to process and be detail oriented
