Why you'll love this job

Perform sales, customer service and administrative functions for both internal and external customers. Functions may be performed through inbound phone calls, queues or email. Research and resolve all administrative and customer service matters related to either AirPass or Business Extra. Work schedule will be based on shift determined by seniority. All teams currently work Mon – Fri between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound/outbound calls and email
• Be subject matter expert on AirPass or Business Extra for internal and external customers
• Perform additional administrative functions
• Provide suggestions for process improvement
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as required

All you'll need for success

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Skilled in usage of Excel and Word (intermediate or above)
• Self-motivated and able to meet company attendance expectations
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure and perform multiple functions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year airline experience. Reservations or ticket counter experience preferred and ticketing knowledge a plus
• Working knowledge of Sabre
• Ability to speak and write Spanish a plus
