What you'll do

  • Manage data requests and deliverables for multiple annual actuarial analyses or other projects
  • Review, update, and maintain data requirements documentation
  • Compile, integrate, and structure data according to unique requirements
  • Complete necessary research on data to ensure accurate inclusion/exclusion
  • Perform comparative analyses to identify defections and anomalies
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on data cleansing activities
  • Perform various controls to comply with the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Maintain data integrity and security
  • Ad-hoc reporting or special projects as needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 3 years minimum HR and/or Benefits experience and working knowledge of health and welfare benefit plans and participant eligibility

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and cross reference multiple data sources simultaneously
  • Work experience in financial reporting and accounting

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work 
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and completeness
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate, as well as work independently 
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Prior experience with Employee Central, Alight, and SAP a plus
