You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and measuring effective and engaging instructional curriculum for Reservations specifically crafted to produce desired learning outcomes, improved performance and support Reservations goals.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs
• Create/edit multimedia using Articulate
• Create/edit videos using Camtasia/Vyond
• Maintain training programs
• Test WBTs/videos on Citrix (WFH)/International/Domestic platforms
• Conduct beta and train-the-trainer sessions
• Partner with various workgroups to create a learning strategy that supports a diverse learning community while improving performance
• Maintain current with instructional design and industry trends and research
• Update and maintain various reports and assist with Share Point duties

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
• 1 year of Reservations experience
• 1 year of technical writing experience applying training methodologies

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Master's degree in relevant field
• 2 years’ experience of technical writing applying instructional design to performance-based training
• Experience in developing appropriate instructional curriculum that produces desired learning outcomes

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills; highly approachable and professional at all times
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently ensuring that deadlines are met
• Acute attention to detail 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
