In this role you will blend your passion of social with your passion of aviation to bring big ideas to life by taking full advantage of your knowledge of social trends and design eye to capture the attention of our followers in new and different ways. 

What you'll do

  • Lead planning, and execution of social media content, including brand posts and social campaigns
  • Execute best-in-class social strategy and programs in alignment with stakeholders and cross-functional partners, with a shared goal to increase engagement and improve organic social traffic to digital channels
  • Maintain a consistent voice, personality, and look and feel for the brand across all social media channels
  • Define and establish social content calendar, including developing concepts and bringing them to life
  • Actively shape and implement digital content and brand storytelling initiatives; develop framework for establishing editorial content strategies partnering with product marketing and creative stakeholders
  • Partner with internal Creative Partner team to lead production of content for key initiatives, including strategizing, ideating, writing briefs, and project management 
  • Development of 360 planning, calendaring, and guidelines for content posted to company and leader accounts
  • Write and edit copy in brand social tone of voice 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or journalism or equivalent experience/training
  • 4+ years of experience in digital channels or social media
  • Strong writing, grammar, and editorial skills as well as verbal and visual communication
  • Efficiency in multi-tasking, a high degree of organization, and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with social scheduling tools (Sprout Social) and Google Analytics required
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital landscape

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe Spark and/or InDesign

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Efficiency in multi-tasking, a high degree of organization, and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with social scheduling tools (Sprout Social) and Google Analytics required
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital landscape
  • Creative thinker with the ability to successfully follow through on and execute new ideas
  • Driven, self-starter who can build and deploy strategic planning and execute tactically
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal office hours as needed
  • Experience creating campaigns and writing content for social channels
