About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Motion Designer to carry out end to end Management of Digital Marketing Campaigns (Website, email, Static and Animated for Ad networks). As a Motion Designer on the performance team, you’ll work within a group of Digital Marketers, designers, and writers to create engaging performance Static and animated ads at scale. You will think out of the box and know how to work quickly and efficiently to design efficient animated ads which are triggering actions while optimizing your designs to make them perform at their best. You will be comfortable creating static and animated campaigns for various retail brands of Al Futtaim Group in a variety of different industry verticals (Home, Fashion, Toys, etc.) for a variety of different platforms (website, paid social, email)

 

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Create static & animated 360 campaigns from scratch    
• Creation of Static & animated assets for websites & ad platforms as well as emailers        

 

PERSON SPECIFIC:

 

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years + in graphic & motion design

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

• 3+ years in an eCommerce environment (retail is a plus)
• Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; Mood boards, look & feel…
• Familiar with A/B testing and iterative optimization
• Up to date with latest market trends and winning campaigns
• Team player with ability to self-learn
• English fluent
• Arabic is a plus

 

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

• E-com experience is must (3+ years)
• 5years plus in Adobe creative suite including AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Indesign, Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator
• Great file organization and tracking skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects, manage time in an efficient manner and implement feedback
• Knowledge and experience with performance campaigns
• Ability to take direction from creative and non-creative stakeholders
• Creative by nature
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of customer focus and the ability to understand efficiency over "beauty"
• Understanding of Ecom mechanics (relation between different KPIs)
