This position is a member of the Global Talent Aquisition Team within the People/HR Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the best talent with the right combination of skills and experience to drive organizational impact.
What you'll do
- Partner with executive leaders to gain a deep understanding of their organization’s structure, goals and gaps to execute on hiring Director level and above talent to drive business impact
- Responsible for executing the full life cycle of the recruiting process focused on executive level roles
- Conducts thorough intake sessions, builds recruitment strategies, assesses and presents qualified candidates, schedules interviews, debriefs with interview panelists, and provides timely updates throughout the recruitment process
- Gains understanding and visibility of internal job seekers pool by partnering with HRBP’s and/or Talent Management
- Drives a world class, consistent, end-to-end candidate experience from job posting through to onboarding and employment
- Establishes best selection process in terms of strategy, tools and participant experience
- Facilitates understanding of offer components to gain offer acceptance from the applicant
- Maintains strong cross functional partnerships with business, hiring managers and other talent acquisition functions
- Partner with Executive Recruiting Manager to identify opportunities to solve problems and improve our processes with a focus on scalability and global inclusivity.
- Responds to talent acquisition needs and inquiries from business leaders, hiring managers, TA leadership, etc.
- Maintains up-to-date applicant records in the applicant tracking system for accurate reporting and analysis
- Manages specialty Talent Acquisition projects relative to the supported businesses
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 2 years experience in recruitment
- 1 year reporting experience relative to Talent Acquisition performance and metrics
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Successful experience in executive recruiting, hiring and onboarding executives
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, influence, and partner with senior hiring leaders and multiple key stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically; creative and innovative thinking skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive a recruiting strategy
- Ability to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to use appropriate and efficient methods of conveying information
- Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment practices
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS systems
